Here are the answers to some of our most common questions. If you can't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to get in touch!


Q: Where can I find your menu?

A: You can view our full food and drinks menu right here on our website. Just navigate to the "Menu" page to see all of our authentic Ukrainian dishes.


Q: Do I need to book a table?

A: Yes, we highly recommend it! We are a cozy restaurant and tables fill up very quickly, especially on weekends. You can book your table through the "Book a Table" page on our website.


Q: How long is my booking for?

A: To accommodate all our guests, each standard booking has a dining time of 2 hours. For functions of 20 or more guests, the dining time is extended to 4 hours, concluding no later than 11 PM.


Q: What are your opening hours?

A: Our opening hours are:

  • Tuesday - Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

  • Saturday - Sunday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

  • Monday: Closed


Q: When can I call the restaurant?

A: Our phone lines are answered during our regular business hours. If we don't answer, we are likely assisting guests. Please send us a direct message on Facebook or Instagram, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. For bookings, we recommend using our online reservation system.


Q: How do you cater for dietary requirements?

A: We cater to a range of dietary needs. Our menu uses the following symbols:

  • (V) Vegetarian

  • (VO) Vegan Option

  • (GF) Gluten-Free

  • (R) Can be made vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free on request.

Popular options include our Borshch (GF), Deruny (R), and Potato Varenyky (R). Please be aware that our kitchen handles gluten, so we cannot guarantee a 100% celiac-safe environment. 

For the best experience, please inform your server of your dietary needs and also add a comment to your booking request.


Q: Do you have live music?

A: We do not have live music at the moment. We focus on creating a warm, conversational atmosphere with a curated Ukrainian soundtrack to enhance the dining experience.


Q: Do you offer takeaway?

A: Yes, our full menu is available for takeaway. You can stop by the restaurant during our opening hours to place an order to go.


Q: Do you offer delivery?

A: No, our delivery service is currently unavailable.


Q: Do you cater for functions?

A: Yes, we can host functions for up to 30 people with a minimum order starting from $100 per person. To inquire, please fill out the functions request form on our website, and our team will be in touch.


Q: Is there parking nearby?

A: Yes, there is a large paid parking lot at the back of the restaurant, which is paid at all times. For a cheaper rate, we recommend paying online using the Paystay app. There is also limited street parking on Chapel Street.


Q: Can I bring my own alcohol (BYO)?

A: Yes, we allow BYO for alcohol. Our corkage fee is $8 per person or $30 per table.


Q: Can I bring a birthday cake?

A: We offer a wonderful selection of house-made Ukrainian cakes for dessert. If you wish to bring your own cake, please let us know when you book if you plan to bring one.


Q: Are there any surcharges?

A: Yes, please note that a 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments. A 10% surcharge applies to the total bill on Saturdays, and a 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.
